DESCRIPTION
SANITIZER is a concentrated chlorinating solution designed for general
chlorinating and deodorizing activity in kitchens, bakery, dairy, food
processing and beverage plants and institutional and industrial laundries.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
This product degrades with age. Use a chlorine test kit and increase
dosage as necessary, to obtain the required level of available chlorine.
DIRECTIONS
DISH WASHING: For use in deodorizing bakery, dairy, food processing
utensils and equipment, and environs this product should be applied to the
previously cleaned surface. A 50ppm chlorine solution may be applied as a
rinse. Rinsing of food contact surfaces is required when solutions
containing greater than 200ppm available chlorine are used.
LAUNDRY: Use approximately 200 to 400 ml of concentrate per 100
pounds of linen (Dry Weight), depending upon the severity of the soil. Use
concentrations may vary with the type of machine, water volume, soil load
and linen type. DO NOT USE on chlorine sensitive colors or fabrics.
